Infrastructure Software Engineer, Enterprise GenAI

About this role

Scale is seeking an experienced Infrastructure Software Engineer to enhance and expand their Generative AI Platform infrastructure. The role focuses on architecting multi-cloud solutions, integrating systems, and delivering high-quality experiments in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Architect multi-cloud systems for the Scale Generative AI Platform
• Integrate Scale AI's platform with various customer environments
• Collaborate with product teams and customers on infrastructure solutions
• Deliver high-quality experiments at a fast pace
• Manage the entire product lifecycle from conception to production
• Adapt and learn new technologies quickly

What they're looking for

• 4+ years of engineering experience
• Experience with large-scale distributed systems
• Proficient in Python or JavaScript/TypeScript, and SQL
• Familiarity with Kubernetes
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
• Strong communication skills
