About this role
Scale AI is looking for a Software Engineer to join their ARC Team, focusing on developing secure and scalable backend systems for Public Sector clients. The role involves designing deployment strategies for high-security environments and collaborating with various teams to meet government demands.
What you'll do
- Design and implement secure, scalable backend systems.
- Define long-term health goals for services and systems.
- Re-architect existing systems for compliance with security mandates.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on backend solutions.
- Engage with customers to gather requirements and deliver solutions.
- Contribute to the product roadmap for the Public Sector business.
What they're looking for
- Active secret clearance (TS/SCI with CI Poly preferred)
- Full stack development experience
- Knowledge of cloud-native technologies (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Familiarity with Federal Compliance frameworks
- Strong problem-solving abilities
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills
- Adaptability to new technologies
- Ability to work from select offices 3-4 days a week
