Solutions Engineer (Clearance Required)

As a Solutions Engineer at Scale, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional technical support and tailored solutions to federal clients. This position requires a strong engineering background and an active US Government Security Clearance, as you'll be re-envisioning commercial offerings for a rapidly growing federal sector.

What you'll do

• Become an expert on Scale Products
• Create customized demonstrations for federal stakeholders
• Collaborate with Account Executives to manage customer pilots
• Integrate various datasets for government use cases
• Interact with customers to address their challenges and design solutions
• Work with internal teams to translate customer requirements into capabilities

• Engineering background (computer science, mathematics)
• Strong communication abilities
• Technical proficiency with new technologies
• Experience with Public Sector clients
• Scripting skills (Python, JavaScript, Bash)
• Desire to work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of AI/ML technologies
• Active TS/SCI Security Clearance
