Schonfeld is looking for a proactive Platform Support Engineer to manage and resolve production issues within their quantitative trading platform. This role involves real-time incident management and collaboration with development teams to enhance system performance while utilizing automation tools.
What you'll do
- Serve as the first contact for production issues and support requests
- Triage and resolve incidents in real time
- Collaborate with software development for seamless code deployment
- Integrate AI to automate processes and enhance monitoring
- Build tools to improve operational efficiency
- Maintain performance in a Linux-based environment

- Degree in Computer Science or related field
- Experience in financial services and trading systems
