Software Engineer, UI/UX

About this role

We are seeking a UI Engineer to enhance our internal UI platform, impacting over 100 business applications. This hands-on role combines front-end development with strategic platform enhancement, requiring collaboration with product teams and stakeholders to build high-quality UI solutions.

What you'll do

• Contribute to UI platform and develop architectural improvements
• Collaborate with product owners on feature definitions
• Develop full-stack solutions including front-end and backend integration
• Mentor junior engineers and ensure code quality
• Identify and address gaps in development processes
• Optimize performance and system observability

What they're looking for

• 3-5 years in front-end engineering
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, HTML, CSS
• Experience with REST APIs and event-driven architectures
• Familiar with JavaScript frameworks like Redux and D3
• Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases
• Experience with distributed caches such as Redis
• Proficient in testing frameworks like Jest and Cypress
• Strong problem-solving skills
