Lighting Engineer Specialist

What you'll do

• Develop Scout exterior lighting standards for robust product design
• Lead RFQ packages, technical reviews, and supplier selection
• Collaborate across functions to set design direction and develop unique accessories
• Create product specification documents and quality assurance plans
• Direct design teams to produce and validate 3D models and analyses
• Ensure program targets for cost, budget, timing, and quality are met
