Scout Motors is seeking a Specialist Engineer to oversee the design and integration of interior seat components for electric vehicles. This role demands collaboration across teams to innovate and optimize designs that ensure safety, performance, and user experience.

What you'll do

• Manage design release of interior seat components and their integration into vehicles
• Collaborate with design studio and engineering teams for optimal interior styling
• Provide design inputs to CAE team and optimize performance
• Utilize CAD software for efficient component packaging
• Ensure suppliers meet timing, quality, and cost deliverables
• Develop validation plans and ensure components meet performance regulations
