Solutions Engineer

About this role

Scribe is seeking its first-ever AI Solutions Engineer to drive the technical side of enterprise deals and support customer outcomes through innovative Workflow AI solutions. This founding role is pivotal in shaping the company’s approach to its Scribe Optimize product, collaborating closely with sales and product teams.

What you'll do

• Own technical aspects of enterprise deals.
• Execute Scribe Optimize proof of concepts.
• Build ROI narratives based on workflow data.
• Bridge communication between GTM and Product teams.
• Develop repeatable playbooks for technical motions.
• Address technical and security queries during deal cycles.

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in a technical sales role in SaaS
• Strong understanding of AI and LLMs
• Experience with AI/ML Engineering teams
• Ability to articulate technical frameworks
• Familiarity with enterprise workflows and tools like Salesforce
• Trust-building skills with executive stakeholders
• Builder mentality in ambiguous roles
• Data-driven and focused on ROI
