Sentry is seeking a Security Engineer specializing in Identity, Access, and Management (IAM) to enhance security practices and access control systems. This role involves cross-functional collaboration to secure identities across various environments while fostering a productive culture among developers.

What you'll do

• Manage and improve identity and access management infrastructure
• Implement automation for onboarding, access reviews, and security workflows
• Promote secure access principles and policies
• Secure human and non-human identities across all platforms
• Collaborate with Infrastructure, IT, and Platform teams
• Shape access control practices to enhance productivity

What they're looking for

• 3+ years in identity and access control systems
• Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Proficiency in Python and scripting languages
• Experience with identity platforms and cloud services
• Familiarity with containerization and orchestration tools
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
