Solutions Engineer, Enterprise

Sentry is seeking an experienced Solutions Engineer to join their Enterprise team in San Francisco. This role involves collaborating with large customers to effectively integrate Sentry's monitoring solutions into their applications and workflows, enhancing developers' productivity and customer satisfaction.

What you'll do

• Identify customer pain points and develop implementation plans
• Create best practice resources and content on performance management
• Act as a trusted advisor to customers on monitoring practices
• Conduct workshops to promote Sentry product adoption
• Provide feedback to internal teams to align product development with customer needs

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in Solutions Engineering or related fields
• Proficiency in programming languages (JavaScript, Python, etc.)
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Problem-solving abilities
• Experience with customer interactions
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle
• Ability to develop educational resources creatively
• Dynamic project management skills
