About this role

Serval seeks a customer-facing Software Engineer to deploy AI automation features for enterprise clients. You'll architect and ship production-grade systems that turn complex workflows into reliable AI-driven products, working directly with major companies to expand the platform's capabilities.

What you'll do

• Architect and ship production-grade systems that become part of Serval's core product
• Design backend services, APIs, and integrations for the AI agent platform
• Collaborate with customers to translate complex workflows into generalized product capabilities
• Own key deployments from architecture through scaling and optimization
• Build platform services focused on reliability, security, and long-term maintainability
• Drive measurable impact from ambiguous problems in fast-moving environments
