Test Engineer, Manufacturing

Sesame is seeking a Manufacturing Test Engineer to develop and optimize testing solutions for innovative wearable devices. The role involves collaborating with contract manufacturers to ensure high-quality production and requires a strong technical background in consumer electronics testing.

What you'll do

• Architect and implement manufacturing test strategies for new products
• Design and qualify test fixtures and equipment for production
• Develop audio, camera, RF, and sensor testing solutions
• Analyze data to drive continuous improvement in manufacturing efficiency
• Collaborate with contract manufacturers and support factory teams
• Lead and mentor junior engineers and manage third-party resources

• Deep expertise in consumer electronics testing
• Experience with test solutions for audio and imaging
• Knowledge of RF and wireless testing methodologies
• Familiarity with battery testing procedures
• Statistical process control (SPC) knowledge
