• 3+ years mobile development experience
• 2+ years in React Native or similar technology
• Experience with native iOS and Android development
• Knowledge of React Native architecture and performance optimization
• Familiarity with unit and integration testing
• Ability to lead end-to-end feature development
• Experience mentoring engineers
• Strong code review skills
