Siepe is seeking a skilled Cloud Infrastructure Support Engineer to maintain and optimize their AWS environments supporting financial technology clients. You'll be a critical point of contact for developers, DBAs, and clients, ensuring security, stability, and peak performance across multiple tenants and EC2 instances. This is a hands-on role demanding excellent communication and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced, client-facing environment.

What you'll do

  • Support and manage 20+ AWS tenant environments.
  • Administer Microsoft Active Directory across multiple tenants.
  • Deploy and configure infrastructure for new client onboarding.
  • Maintain security and compliance standards, including SOC 2 Type II audits.
  • Troubleshoot complex infrastructure and application issues.
  • Automate deployments and optimize infrastructure using PowerShell and Terraform.
