Software Engineer, Agent

About this role

Sierra is seeking a Software Engineer to design and deliver production-grade AI agents that enhance customer experiences for various industries. The role requires ownership of the entire Agent Development Life Cycle, from pilot projects to deployment, while actively collaborating with enterprises to address business challenges through innovative AI solutions.

What you'll do

• Design and deliver reliable AI agents for production environments
• Drive the Agent Development Life Cycle (ADLC) from pilot to deployment
• Collaborate with large enterprises and startups to solve challenges with AI
• Contribute to the evolution of Sierra's core platform based on customer feedback
• Prototype new tools and features for AI agent development
• Work on industry-specific AI agent frameworks and initiatives
