About this role

Sierra is hiring a Software Engineer to design and deploy production-grade AI agents for enterprise customers across finance, healthcare, and commerce. You'll own the full agent development lifecycle, partner directly with large enterprises and startups, and help shape the platform's future through real-world deployments.

What you'll do

  • Design, build, and deploy production-grade AI agents that drive revenue and operate at scale across industries
  • Own the complete Agent Development Life Cycle from pilot through deployment and continuous iteration
  • Work directly with enterprise customers and startups to understand business challenges and build transformative AI solutions
  • Tune and evolve AI agents in production environments, establishing best practices for agent development
  • Surface customer needs and prototype new tools to guide platform evolution and product roadmap
  • Experiment with emerging AI/LLM technologies like voice models and integrate them at enterprise scale
