What you'll do

• Develop agent architecture for conversational and empathetic AI agents
• Implement retrieval systems to ground answers in customer knowledge bases
• Measure and improve agent quality through evaluations
• Integrate lifelike conversations in chat agents for phone interactions
• Create simulations for AI agent performance benchmarking
• Build no-code tools for managing AI agents

• 4+ years in software development
• Full-stack development experience
