Sift is seeking a Frontend Software Engineer to build and refine the user experience for their innovative Sift Agents platform, empowering hardware engineers with AI-driven insights. You’ll own product areas, directly engage with customers, and focus on delivering high-performance, dependable browser interfaces for interacting with complex data and AI agent workflows. This role prioritizes building practical, user-friendly tools and pushing the boundaries of web performance.

What you'll do

  • Collaborate with product to translate customer workflows into agent capabilities.
  • Develop and enhance frontend surfaces for Sift Agents, ensuring a great user experience.
  • Design agentic UX patterns, including streaming responses and long-running task management.
  • Render agent findings alongside telemetry data, optimizing for speed and scalability.
  • Optimize web performance using techniques like Web Workers and OPFS-backed caching.
  • Contribute to the component library to maintain consistent UI patterns.
