Ascendancy is seeking a Full-Stack Engineer to develop user-facing applications using Python, Next.js, and TypeScript within a dynamic startup culture. The role involves managing projects from inception to deployment while focusing on user experience and performance.

What you'll do

• Develop product features from scoping to deployment
• Collaborate with product and design teams
• Contribute to AI-driven features and workflows
• Ensure security and clean design in applications
• Own end-to-end project management
• Work over 40 hours per week

• Full-stack engineering experience
• Strong communication skills

• Secure database and authentication design
