Fuse Finance is seeking a Full-Stack Software Engineer to enhance their AI-driven Loan Origination System. The role involves developing features across the lending platform, focusing on automation and data processes, while leveraging AI tools in production.

What you'll do

• Develop full-stack features for APIs and customer dashboards
• Model and configure client-specific lending domains
• Maintain integrations with external services and automate workflows
• Deploy AI-driven functionalities into production
• Own features from development to monitoring and iteration
• Ensure code quality and adhere to reliability standards

What they're looking for

• 3+ years of full-stack engineering experience
• Proficiency in Node.js/TypeScript, Python, or Go
• Frontend development with React and TypeScript
• Experience with relational databases like PostgreSQL
• Cloud deployment knowledge (AWS, GCP)
• Strong English communication skills
• Hands-on experience with AI tools in production
• Understanding of AI vs deterministic logic trade-offs
