Metabase - Success Engineer

Metabase is seeking a technical Success Engineer to enhance customer experiences by optimizing their use of the Metabase platform. This role involves engaging with users, solving complex problems, and helping clients navigate their data effectively.

What you'll do

• Understand user goals and challenges
• Assist in designing and optimizing Metabase implementations
• Guide customers in data extraction and transformation
• Troubleshoot and solve customer issues
• Create educational materials with technical communicators
• Represent customer needs to product and engineering teams
