Siena - Fullstack Engineer

Siena is seeking a Senior Full Stack Engineer to take ownership of significant components within their platform, delivering high-performance systems tailored for customer interactions. This remote role emphasizes autonomy, allowing engineers to solve complex problems while collaborating closely with product teams to enhance their innovative Agent of Record service.

What you'll do

• Own features across the full tech stack from definition to production
• Collaborate with product teams to refine scope and deliver impactful releases
• Make architectural decisions and communicate rationale to the team
• Integrate cutting-edge language models into customer workflows
• Address engineering challenges like API performance and system scaling
• Manage and enhance AWS infrastructure with a DevOps approach

What they're looking for

• 5+ years in software engineering
• Proficiency in Node.js, React, TypeScript, and Express
• Experience with AWS services (Fargate, Lambda, EC2)
• Familiarity with PostgreSQL and Redis
• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines
• Expertise in microservices and scalable systems
• Experience deploying LLM-powered features
• Strong initiative and problem-solving capability
