  • 4+ years in technical support
  • Experience with MySQL or similar databases
  • Strong sysadmin and QA skills
  • Proficient in a scripting language (Python, Bash, Go)
  • Familiar with distributed systems and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP)
  • Excellent English communication skills
