Field Application Engineer, HBM

SK hynix America is seeking a Field Application Engineer in San Jose, CA, to provide technical support for high bandwidth memory (HBM) products. The role involves ensuring product quality, collaborating with customers, and assisting in technical projects while promoting innovative memory solutions.

What you'll do

• Provide technical support for new HBM customers
• Ensure product quality in collaboration with support teams
• Manage field quality control for HBM products
• Facilitate coordination meetings with customers
• Support new HBM projects with documentation
• Align roadmaps with ecosystem partners

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer or Electrical Engineering
• 2+ years in the semiconductor industry
• Strong communication skills
• Knowledge of HBM/DRAM development phases
• Technical documentation abilities
• Customer relationship management
• Willingness to travel
• Debug skills with lab equipment
