Skydio is seeking a Deep Learning Infrastructure Engineer to enhance their autonomous flight technology through advanced computer vision solutions. This role involves developing and optimizing deep learning infrastructure to support Skydio's AI initiatives while collaborating with various internal teams.
What you'll do
- Develop high-performance deep learning inference solutions for computer vision.
- Profile and optimize computer vision and Vision Language Models.
- Design MLOps workflows for model deployment and monitoring.
- Improve training efficiency through new methods.
- Implement GPU kernels for custom architecture.
- Create development SDKs for autonomous workflows.

- Experience with MLOps and ML inference optimization
- Strong knowledge of deep learning fundamentals
- Expertise in computer vision and image processing
- Hands-on experience building ML pipelines
