What you'll do

  • Become an expert on Skydio's products and processes
  • Identify and report product failures for engineering changes
  • Build tools for triage and root cause analysis
  • Develop diagnostic processes for Customer Support
  • Create technical documentation for knowledge sharing
  • Lead prioritization of support bug backlog

What they're looking for

  • Degree in software or hardware engineering
  • 1-3 years in software/hardware roles
  • Technical troubleshooting skills
  • Experience with Atlassian Jira and Salesforce
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and cloud integration
  • Knowledge of AWS/GCP and network troubleshooting
  • Experience in hardware failure analysis
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
