Software Engineer - Cloud Simulation & Full-Stack

About this role

Skydio is seeking a Software Engineer to develop cloud-based systems for their customer-facing simulation platform. This role requires designing services and APIs that enhance user interactions with the simulator while integrating closely with C++ and Python systems.

What you'll do

• Build backend systems for cloud-based simulation services
• Enable customer personalization and configuration through APIs
• Design interfaces between cloud services and simulator runtimes
• Develop both backend and frontend components for the simulator
• Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of simulation services
• Contribute to architectural decisions for cloud product delivery

• Backend development in Python and C++
