Solutions Engineer - SLED

Smartsheet is seeking a Solutions Engineer to provide technical leadership in the sales process for their SLED team. This remote role requires identifying and demonstrating Smartsheet solutions to address customer needs while collaborating with various teams to promote customer success and revenue growth.

What you'll do

• Demonstrate Smartsheet solutions to solve customer problems
• Lead technical sales engagements and collaborate with sales teams
• Conduct discovery sessions to identify business challenges
• Partner with Sales and Product teams to enhance customer experience
• Maintain knowledge of Smartsheet products and competitors
• Provide feedback to Product teams based on customer insights

• 5+ years in a PreSales or Solutions Engineer role
• Strong critical thinking and analytical skills
