What you'll do
- Conduct product demonstrations and address customer queries.
- Create technical guidance for customer implementation.
- Collaborate with account teams to align customer needs with Socket capabilities.
- Assist in Proof of Concepts and provide troubleshooting support.
- Guide integration of solutions into existing customer infrastructure.
- Relay customer feedback to internal teams.
What they're looking for
- 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles
- Experience in security, developer tools, or SaaS
- Technical background in software engineering or data science
- Familiar with package managers like npm or PyPI
- Knowledge of software supply chain security
- Basic scripting ability in Python, JS, or Go
- Experience with source control systems like Git
- RESTful API experience
