What you'll do

  • Conduct product demonstrations and address customer queries.
  • Create technical guidance for customer implementation.
  • Collaborate with account teams to align customer needs with Socket capabilities.
  • Assist in Proof of Concepts and provide troubleshooting support.
  • Guide integration of solutions into existing customer infrastructure.
  • Relay customer feedback to internal teams.

What they're looking for

  • 5+ years in pre-sales technical roles
  • Experience in security, developer tools, or SaaS
  • Technical background in software engineering or data science
  • Familiar with package managers like npm or PyPI
  • Knowledge of software supply chain security
  • Basic scripting ability in Python, JS, or Go
  • Experience with source control systems like Git
  • RESTful API experience
