Socure is seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join their new Internal AI Engineering team focused on designing innovative systems for enhanced operational efficiency across various business functions. The role requires a strong background in AI/ML technologies, particularly with large language models, to develop and implement automated workflows that drive productivity and decision-making.

What you'll do

• Prioritize and analyze high-impact automation opportunities with business teams
• Design and develop multi-step, tool-augmented agent workflows
• Integrate solutions using the Agentic AI Foundations platform
• Innovate with LLMs and multi-agent frameworks for unique internal solutions
• Establish technical patterns and contribute back to the Agentic AI Foundations
• Ensure operational excellence through performance assessment and optimization

What they're looking for

• 8+ years in software engineering
• 2+ years in AI/ML systems or LLM applications
• Proficient in LLM APIs and agentic frameworks
• Strong Python programming skills
• Experience with production-grade backend services and APIs
• Systems thinking for reliability and maintainability
• Ability to collaborate with non-technical stakeholders
