About this role

Sonar is seeking a Customer Success Engineer to launch a new function focused on driving customer health, adoption, and growth. As a founding member, you'll be a technical strategic advisor managing a portfolio of accounts while leveraging AI to maximize customer impact.

What you'll do

  • Manage and drive health, maturity, and adoption for an assigned customer portfolio
  • Provide proactive technical guidance and strategic recommendations to customers
  • Monitor account metrics and AI-driven insights to identify growth and risk opportunities
  • Develop and execute customer success strategies that increase product value realization
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, product, and support teams
  • Help build and scale the Customer Success Engineering function and playbooks
