About this role

SpaceX seeks an AMS Verification Engineer to develop mixed-signal verification flows and testbenches for next-generation RFICs and RF-SoCs powering Starlink satellites and ground infrastructure. You'll collaborate with cross-functional teams to simulate advanced analog/mixed-mode IP blocks, create behavioral models, and support silicon validation from design through ATE testing.

What you'll do

  • Develop analog-on-top and digital-on-top verification flows for full-chip RFIC and RF-SoC simulations
  • Create testbenches and simulation flows for critical interfaces between RFICs and SoCs
  • Partner with designers to optimize speed and accuracy of mixed-signal IP simulations (PLLs, DACs, ADCs)
  • Develop behavioral models in Verilog-A/AMS for RF, analog, and mixed-mode circuit blocks
  • Collaborate with ATE test engineering to develop and prototype test plans
  • Execute electromagnetic and IR simulations
