About this role
SpaceX seeks a Build Engineer to design and deploy Starlink Transit solutions for enterprise customers in remote locations. You'll own technical implementations, troubleshoot hardware systems, and serve as the engineering expert bridging sales and field operations.
What you'll do
- Work with Starlink Transit hardware and customers to improve performance, reliability, and resolve technical issues
- Develop processes and methods enabling rapid antenna deployment
- Provide pre-sales technical support and act as subject matter expert for customer interactions
- Support new installation activation from hardware delivery through initial connectivity
- Travel to remote customer sites for installation, troubleshooting, and solution integration
- Design and execute technically challenging customer solutions in remote locations
