This role involves enhancing production efficiency through innovative tooling and automation, while closely collaborating with design teams to optimize designs for manufacturability.

What you'll do

• Develop and test manufacturing processes for efficiency
• Design and implement precision tooling to reduce errors

• Create in-situ inspection techniques to improve yield
• Oversee transition of components from development to production

• Degree in engineering (aerospace, manufacturing, etc.)
• Manufacturing and process design experience
