CMM Programmer (Starlink) - 2nd Shift

About this role

SpaceX is looking for a CMM Programmer for the 2nd shift in Redmond, WA, to enhance the precision and success of Starlink components through effective programming and inspection practices. The role requires collaboration with machinists and engineers, along with a solid understanding of GD&T and CMM operations.

What you'll do

• Conduct precision inspections using CMM or surface plate techniques.
• Interpret GD&T requirements and identify issues in engineering drawings.
• Use standard gauges for quality assurance and ensure feature tolerances.
• Maintain and organize CMM programs in coordination with Quality Assurance.
• Work with teams to improve inspection processes and assist in creating inspection plans.
• Provide training and support to enhance team capabilities.
