What you'll do

  • Program CNC mills and lathes using CAM to generate G-Code
  • Create setup sheets for new part introductions
  • Troubleshoot and operate CNC programs to minimize downtime
  • Contribute to a CAM database for new part programming
  • Investigate quality concerns and implement corrective actions
  • Collaborate with engineering for design optimizations

  • 5+ years of CNC machining experience
  • 2+ years of CNC programming experience
  • Proficiency in CAM software and custom post-processing
  • Knowledge of advanced machining processes
  • Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical drawings
  • Familiarity with Okuma OSP controls
  • Solid mathematical skills for complex geometries
  • Proactive quality improvement mindset
