Construction Project Engineer

SpaceX is seeking a Construction Project Engineer to manage complex construction projects, from design to activation, primarily for advanced manufacturing facilities. The role requires solving diverse problems, managing multiple projects, and collaborating with various stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.

What you'll do

• Oversee project lifecycle ensuring on-time and budget-friendly delivery
• Manage all aspects of construction projects in both field and office
• Resolve design and construction conflicts on-site
• Perform project scheduling and cost control
• Gather proposals and facilitate contractor agreements
• Coordinate city and governmental project approvals

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in relevant engineering or management field
• 1+ years of construction experience
• Project management capabilities
• Ability to analyze and resolve problems
• Familiarity with infrastructure and cleanroom design
• Experience with electrical and mechanical systems
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Capacity to work independently
