Equipment Maintenance & Reliability Engineer, PCB (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking an Equipment Maintenance & Reliability Engineer for its Starlink project in Bastrop, TX. This role focuses on managing asset reliability to enhance factory operations and involves collaborating on equipment enhancements, maintenance strategies, and providing technical support.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliability of new and modified installations
• Maintain critical equipment and processes
• Own equipment improvement plans and preventive maintenance
• Develop and monitor asset maintenance plans
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance staff
• Analyze asset utilization and operational performance

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years in an engineering role
• Experience with equipment control systems
• Knowledge of mechanical and electrical components
