Equipment Reliability Engineer, PCB Maintenance (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking an Equipment Reliability Engineer focused on PCB Maintenance to enhance the reliability and efficiency of its Starlink operations. This role involves managing asset reliability risks, developing maintenance strategies, and providing technical support to ensure seamless factory operations.

What you'll do

• Ensure reliability of new and modified installations in collaboration with project engineering
• Oversee maintainability of critical equipment and processes
• Develop and implement preventative maintenance strategies to reduce downtime
• Monitor and refine asset maintenance plans using various testing methodologies
• Provide technical support to production and maintenance teams
• Analyze asset performance and operational conditions

• Understanding of mechanical, fluid, and electrical components
