What you'll do

• Conduct destructive and non-destructive analysis during hardware development phases
• Assist with rework and recovery of non-conforming hardware
• Analyze piece part failures and non-conforming materials
• Support First Article Inspection Reports
• Provide urgent support for critical analyses and qualification tests

What they're looking for

• Experience in semiconductor and PCBA reliability
• Familiarity with failure analysis techniques
• Knowledge of SMT manufacturing
• Hands-on experience in mechanical and electrical disciplines
• Quick learner in fast-paced environments
• Ability to work flexibly
• Bachelor's degree in relevant STEM field
