About this role
SpaceX seeks a Full Stack Software Engineer for Employee Experience to develop mission-critical applications supporting rocket production, Starlink operations, and internal systems. You'll own challenging problems end-to-end, collaborating with cross-functional teams to build reliable, high-performance software that directly enables SpaceX's operational goals.
What you'll do
- Develop highly reliable software solutions used across SpaceX operations
- Create new applications that improve operational efficiency
- Build prototypes to validate design concepts and technical constraints
- Own complete software engineering lifecycle from design through deployment
- Analyze user problems and design efficient solutions
- Contribute to architecture, design reviews, and team collaboration
