The role involves overseeing PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing processes, ensuring high quality, optimizing production, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance manufacturing efficiency.

What you'll do

  • Oversee PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing processes for Starlink hardware
  • Manage new product introductions and equipment qualification
  • Implement and automate high-reliability manufacturing processes
  • Identify optimization opportunities for product quality and cost
  • Drive volume production processes and manage documentation
  • Conduct process training and maintain work instructions

What they're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or science
  • 1+ years in manufacturing process engineering or related fields
  • Experience in high volume production and process development
  • Hands-on knowledge of PCBA/microelectronics manufacturing
  • Familiarity with Statistical Process Control (SPC) and design metrics
  • Proficiency in SQL and Python
  • Experience with CAD software like NX
  • Strong communication skills
