What you'll do

• Manage integration build flow and test operations
• Evaluate designs for manufacturability and integration
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians for optimization
• Develop and refine manufacturing assembly procedures
• Facilitate vehicle integration and test flow execution
• Investigate non-conformances for root cause analysis

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years in mechanical/electromechanical design
• Experience with propulsion, thermal, electrical, or structural systems
• Familiarity with composites and avionics integration
• Documentation and configuration management skills
• Ability to write test plans and procedures
• Engineering intuition and critical thinking
• Comfortable with ambiguity
