• Manage PCBA manufacturing processes for Starlink hardware
• Lead new product introductions and equipment qualifications
• Automate high reliability manufacturing processes

• Drive volume production processes and manage documentation
• Provide training on process improvements

• 1+ years in manufacturing process engineering
• High volume production experience
• SMT process knowledge
