Network Engineer (Starlink Community Gateway)

SpaceX is seeking a Network Engineer for the Starlink Community Gateway team to enhance connectivity in remote areas. What you'll do

• Improve performance and reliability of Community Gateway hardware
• Provide technical support for sales teams
• Develop integration processes and guides for customers
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product requirements
• Support activation and installation of new customer systems
• Travel to customer sites for troubleshooting and integration

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or STEM or equivalent networking experience
• 1+ years of experience in networking and enterprise solutions
• Experience with networking hardware deployment
• Understanding of core networking concepts and protocols
• Knowledge of routing technologies and WAN architectures
• Troubleshooting skills for network integration issues
• Experience working with interdisciplinary teams
• Familiarity with software engineering processes
