Operations Engineer (Starlink)

SpaceX is seeking an Operations Engineer for the Starlink project, focusing on enhancing the satellite supply chain and materials management. This role includes driving process improvements and managing material flow projects to optimize safety, reliability, and efficiency.

What you'll do

• Plan and execute upgrades related to materials management
• Manage tight timelines for material flow projects
• Implement improvements to boost inventory and reduce waste
• Identify and resolve challenges in material logistics
• Develop and standardize operations metrics
• Train team members on best practices for operations

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in engineering
• 1+ years in manufacturing or logistics
• Experience with CAD and SQL
• Proficient in data analysis and visualization tools
• Familiarity with Lean and Six Sigma principles
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Knowledge of MRP/ERP systems
• Ability to identify system enhancement opportunities
