What you'll do

• Conduct failure analysis of Starship electronics hardware
• Utilize design schematics to identify failure causes
• Collaborate with teams to improve reliability and design robustness
• Work with test engineers to enhance test coverage
• Monitor yield rates and address non-conforming products
• Conduct environmental testing to ensure product robustness

What they're looking for

• Bachelor’s in electrical engineering or related field
• 1+ years in hardware development or failure analysis
• Experience with digital and mixed-signal designs
• Troubleshooting electrical hardware failures
• Environmental testing knowledge
• Programming skills for test automation
• Quality analysis tools experience
• Knowledge of PCB fabrication processes
