Recovery Engineer (F9 Booster & Fairings)

SpaceX is seeking a Recovery Engineer to manage the processing of Falcon 9 boosters and fairings at the Port of Long Beach. This position involves interfacing between multiple teams and innovating recovery operations to improve efficiency and reduce costs.

What you'll do

• Lead processing operations for Falcon 9 boosters and fairings
• Develop procedures and test plans for hardware processing
• Enhance operational efficiency to reduce recovery costs
• Resolve operational blockers and make real-time decisions
• Design and test new ground support equipment
• Ensure hardware readiness through maintenance and testing
