RF Engineer, Hardware Reliability (Starlink)

What you'll do

• Conduct qualification and testing of new electrical designs and manufacturing lines
• Debug and root cause failures in antennas, routers, and PCBAs
• Utilize diagnostic tools to analyze electronic failures
• Drive investigations and coordinate cross-team efforts
• Analyze telemetry data to improve reliability
• Document failure modes and use data for continuous improvement
