RFIC Design Engineer (RFIC Engineering)

What you'll do

• Design and model RF/analog circuits and systems
• Develop specifications for RFIC subsystems
• Create circuits in SiGe or CMOS processes
• Collaborate with engineers on hardware/software partitioning
• Perform IC layout and floor planning
• Evaluate prototypes and analyze radio performance

What they're looking for

• Bachelor's in electrical/computer engineering
• 2+ years in RF integrated circuits
• Circuit design and simulation skills
• Experience with tools like Spectre, ADS, HFSS
• Knowledge of digital communication systems
• Familiarity with RF test equipment
• Understanding RF transceiver architectures
• Experience in microwave frequency characterization
